AskJung is a dream analysis tool that uses artificial intelligence to provide Jungian-inspired interpretations of your dreams. The Service is for educational and self-reflection purposes only and does not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
3. User Accounts
Account creation is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting admin@askjung.me.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the dream content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content through our AI pipeline solely for the purpose of providing dream analysis. Without an account, content is processed in real-time and immediately discarded. With an account, saved dreams are stored securely and accessible only to you.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the AI system, using the Service for unlawful purposes, submitting content that violates the rights of others, or interfering with the operation of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology of the Service are the property of AskJung and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The AI-generated analyses provided to you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service uses third-party AI providers and analytics platforms. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. We use privacy-respecting analytics that collect no personal data.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AskJung does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any dream analysis. The Service is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AskJung shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
